Return Policy
We will give full refund only if the item you receive is different from the description. A Refund will be given after the item is sent back to our store. You must report the issue and take photos to us within 3 days of receipt and in the same condition as it was sent in. We will not refund shipping costs and do not reimburse for shipping back to us without contacting us in advance.
TIP:Please do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us.It is very hard for us to handle an international package without any necessary order information. We will also give you instructions for returning goods from your country to China.

Order Cancel and Change Requests
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our online service as soon as possible.
